I love making things out of horseshoes. There is just sooooo much you can do with them. I use both new and recycled horseshoes, depends on the customers preference. They can be painted but I just prefer the polished and lacquared finish.
WINE RACKS.
Can be made to any size. However the three bottle wine rack seems to be the most popular, probably because its more convenient to carry from the shop from which I sell. Six and 10 bottle are also popular it just depends on the space you have in mind. I use both new and recycled horseshoes for these racks and I prefer them finished on a wire wheel and lacquared.
